This was a very special visit. As we were sitting on the floor waiting for our guide to pray, an Egyptian family came over to speak to David. The father asked him where he was from and the sons seemed delighted that he had come all the way from South America to visit Egypt. They did not speak to me directly but asked who I was and seemed pleased that David was escorting his mother around Egypt.
