Luxor is a treasure city. There you can visit Luxor Temple and the Temples of Karnak (Yes, there is more than one.). Luxor also has an interesting archeological museum and a Museum of Mummification.
As most tourists do, we visited the fabulous temples of Luxor and Karnak on the same day, which makes quite a long, tiring although exciting day. We were very happy to find this snack bar inside the grounds at Karnak and although the ice cream we bought was our most expensive snack in Egypt, it was worth the price.
