The Egypt Archive
This site has non-copyright photographs by Jon Bodsworth which you can use for a variety of purposes. There are wonderful views of the pyramids from both the outside and the inside. There is an also excellent photograph collection of exhibits in the Egyptian Museum as well as Egyptian antiquities in the British Museum, the Ashmolean Museum, the Petrie Museum, and the Louvre. There are also photos of some major Egyptian temples included in the collection. Jon has also provided historical resources such as The Nile Boat and The Book of the Dead and Elysian Fields.
NASA's The Gateway to Astronaut Photography is also a great resource for photos of the Nile River and Egypt from space. There are even shots of the pyramids from space.
